Tom serves with Novo's spiritual formation team, Imago Christi, which he founded in 2003, now staffed by 12 professionals. Tom works with Christian leaders and churches around the world to deepen their relationship of loving intimacy with God and to lead and minister out of that place of love and power. In addition to serving with this community of ten (now 12) professionals, he also writes spiritual formation books, releasing his third book, Contagious Fire, in 2018. He’s now working on book number four that will explore the implications of living with God who is Love. He leads retreats and seminars and provides personal coaching and spiritual direction for many leaders in various countries. Tom lives with his wife, Charlotte, in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
